- That's funny. With an added chip I swear you could do VM on a 6800 machine.
- In fact I seem to remember in my electronics notes that Hitachi made a later
- version of the 6800 called the 6809 which included that extra chip on the
- same fabrication as the processor. There was a recent discussion on another
- newsgroup about different techniques for getting 68000 CPUs to restart
- instructions after a page fault was serviced. Let's not say that it's
- impossible, just awkward.
